his is one of the few pictures with both George Parrish and his brother Donnie. Most folks called this band City Council but it was originally Siddy Kownsil. Formed in late 1969-early1970 by Rickie Fox following the demise of the Soulmasters and contained several members of that group as well. They played all over the east coast and made themselves home at Happys on Piney Forest Road (It's now a fire station), playing regularly for the hometown crowd.
