July 13th was a very sad day for the Yankees and me, as we mourn the passing of George Steinbrenner... "The Boss"...  our "Patton in Pinstripes."  Breathing was Number One to George...  winning was Number Two...  and that he did during his tenure...  SEVEN World Championships and ELEVEN American League pennants.   He was once asked, "what do you want on your tombstone?"  
He replied...  "He never stopped trying."

I remember the fun we had in taking these pictures together in 2002.  George couldn't have been kinder or nicer.   He will be sorely missed!
